Information is now available for the the Kansas Health Foundation's 2021 Impact and Capacity Grant (ICG) program. Applications will be accepted beginning on May 3.
A quote borrowed from the world of sales, but aptly applied to fundraising: Statistics tell, stories sell. When engaging donors, make sure you have both. Statistics will convey the need and how your organization can be successful with the right tools. Stories, however, pull at heartstrings and illustrate how lives are changed for the better.
As you develop new donors through your year-end giving drive, remember these individuals could be important benefactors of your organization once properly cultivated. Make your first follow up (thank you) with them count.
